I worked at Halcyon Media Pvt. Ltd., an advertising agency, where I had the opportunity to work closely with a skilled creative team and gain valuable hands-on experience. My time here helped me strengthen my design thinking, improve my communication skills, and enhance my ability to handle multiple projects across different industries. I worked on brands like Ramsons (perfume brand), Sparsh CCTV, Hexa Biochem (chemical firm), UpSpaces (home interior brand), and Shanti Juniors (a preschooling brand). At the agency, I was involved in a wide range of creative tasks including: 1. Designing social media graphics and campaign visuals 2. Creating print media designs such as brochures, flyers, and packaging 3. Designing website banners, emailers, and digital ads 4. Working on brand identity elements 5. Collaborating on video content, motion graphics, and reels 6. Participating in brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and visual strategy development 7. Managing design revisions based on client feedback This experience gave me a strong understanding of how a creative agency functions, from concept development to final delivery, and helped me become more confident in working on end-to-end design projects for both digital and print platforms.

I began my design journey at Speedoring Advertising as a fresher, where I was introduced to the basics of working in a professional environment. The pace was fast, and I was often required to deliver designs quickly, which helped me build efficiency, time management, and the ability to work under pressure. Although the creative learning was limited, this role gave me a strong foundation in handling real-time tasks and prepared me to take on more creatively challenging work in my next agency role.
